Importing from China Made Easy

Whether you have an existing supplier or need help sourcing products, we handle every step of the import process for you. From warehousing and shipment to handling all customs and costs, we ensure your products arrive safely and efficiently, with no hidden fees.

01 ► Product Listing
Fill out the form with the product details you want to buy, and we’ll get started.

02 ► Price Quotation
Once we receive your request, our team in China will source the best offers for you within 2-3 days.

03 ► Sample Check
For bulk orders, we’ll arrange samples from 2-3 trusted suppliers for your evaluation.

04 ► Order Confirmation
Confirm your product list and quantity, make payment according to the invoice, and place your order.

05 ► Inspection
We thoroughly verify the supplier’s documents, including their bank statement and license. If all checks are satisfactory, we notify you to complete the payment.

06 ► Shipment
We offer two air shipments per week (Monday & Thursday) and monthly sea shipments. For detailed information, check our shipment section.

07 ► Carrying Cost Payment
Our carrying cost is based on product type and weight. It includes all freight, taxes, and customs tariffs.

08 ► Final Confirmation
Once the order is confirmed, our China office will finalize everything and keep you updated on progress.

09 ► Receive & Feedback
You’ll receive a notification once your shipment is ready. Pay the carrying costs upon delivery, and share your feedback on your experience.

01 ► Buy Product
If you already have a supplier, simply place your order with them and instruct them to deliver the product to our warehouse.

02 ► Document Submission
We will provide you with a ‘Shipping Mark’ to help identify your package. Your supplier must also send a detailed ‘Packing List’ along with the goods.

03 ► Warehousing
Once your goods arrive at our China office, we’ll notify you. We’ll safely store your products in our warehouse until they are ready for shipment.

04 ► Shipment
We offer two weekly air shipments (Monday & Thursday) and a monthly sea shipment. For more details, check the shipment information section.

05 ► Pay Carrying Cost
Our carrying cost depends on the type and weight of your products. All freight, taxes, and customs tariffs are included in this charge.

06 ► Receive Product & Feedback
You will receive a notification when your shipment is ready for delivery. Simply pay the carrying costs at the time of delivery and provide us with feedback on your experience.

Shipment & Payment Terms

Shipment Information

We offer two air shipments per week, on Mondays and Thursdays, and a monthly sea shipment.

Air shipments typically take 7-10 working days, while sea shipments may take 40-45 days.
If there are delays due to the supplier, shipments will be scheduled for the next available shipment cycle.

As per international air shipment regulations, fractions of weight are rounded up to the nearest kilogram (e.g., 1.5 kg will be billed as 2 kg).

Payment Terms

The carrying cost for your product is due when you receive your shipment from our warehouse.
For products sourced by us, a 100% advance payment is required.

You won’t need to pay for carrying or shipping costs in advance; these are paid upon delivery.

The final cost depends on the product type and its weight. Lighter products typically have higher carrying costs compared to heavier ones.
