Welcome to Grace International LCN. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Grace International LCN, including but not limited to product sourcing, air and sea freight, warehousing, and door-to-door delivery services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services

Grace International LCN provides international import solutions from China to Bangladesh. Our services include product sourcing, shipping (air and sea), customs clearance, warehousing, inspection, and delivery. We strive to provide efficient and reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of services due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure that all information provided to us is accurate and complete.
  • Clients are responsible for the payment of carrying costs, product fees, and any applicable taxes or customs duties.
  • Clients must comply with all laws and regulations related to importing goods to Bangladesh.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment for carrying costs is due upon delivery of goods to the client’s designated location.
  • If Grace International LCN is sourcing products, 100% advance payment is required.
  • Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, PayPal, and other methods agreed upon by both parties.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Grace International LCN offers two weekly air shipments (Monday & Thursday) and monthly sea shipments. Delivery times may vary based on shipment mode.
  • Delivery times for air shipments typically range from 7-10 working days, and for sea shipments, it may take 40-45 days.
  • Clients are responsible for paying the shipping costs based on weight and volume.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or the supplier.

6. Product Inspection

We conduct inspections on products, including verifying supplier credentials and checking product quality. Clients are responsible for payment once the inspection is completed and the product is approved.

7. Lost or Damaged Goods

  • Grace International LCN is responsible for goods until they are delivered to the client’s designated location. If goods are lost or damaged during transit, clients must report the issue within 7-10 days of receiving the goods.
  • If a product is lost, we will investigate and provide a refund if applicable, according to our buyer protection policy.
  • We are not responsible for defective products directly supplied by the client’s chosen supplier.

8. Liability

While we strive to provide the best possible services, Grace International LCN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, loss of products, or failure to meet client expectations.

9. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal or business information provided to us will be used solely for providing our services. We do not share or sell your data to third parties, except where required by law or to facilitate the services we offer.

10. Changes to Terms

Grace International LCN reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services will indicate acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bangladesh’s courts.
